Aerostace Industry Association - AIA - The Aerospace Industries Association represents the nation's leading manufacturers and suppliers of civil, military, and business aircraft, helicopters, UAVs, space systems, aircraft engines, missiles, materiel and related components, equipment, services, and information technology. |
AirLaunch - AirLaunch has developed the QuickReach concept in response to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s FALCON program
Armadillo Aerospace - Armadillo Aerospace is a small research and development team working on computer-controlled hydrogen peroxide rocket vehicles, with an eye towards manned suborbital vehicle development in the coming years. The team currently consists of a bunch of guys, a girl, and an armadillo named Widget. Our fearless leader, John Carmack, will lead us to space and, well, outer space. Please feel free to make yourselves at home and check out our journey. |
Davinci project - The da Vinci Project, led by Brian Feeney of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, was founded in 1996 and registered as a contender for the International X PRIZE on June 2, 2000. A reusable helium balloon will lift our spacecraft, "Wild Fire MK Vl" to an altitude of 70,000 to 80,000 feet. This is where Wild Fire's rocket engines will fire and propel the crew to the minimum 100 km altitude goal -- space. The reusable Rocket is capable of performing several missions to space.
International Launch Servides - ILS - Established in 1995 by Lockheed Martin and Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center, International Launch Services is the leader in the launch services arena, with a solid history of more than 80 years of combined experience and more than 900 total flights on the two premier launch vehicles - Atlas and Proton. With these two proven launch systems, International Launch Services is the only launch services company that can offer true schedule assurance. To our customers, that means reliable launches and on schedule delivery.
JAXA - Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency - As a leading industrial nation, Japan is responsible for taking the initiative in the creation of scientific knowledge. JAXA endeavors to add a new page to the history of aerospace development, putting Japan on the same footing as other space-technology advanced nations. |
Malin Space Science Systems - Malin Space Science Systems designs, develops, operates, and conducts scientific research with instruments that fly on robotic spacecraft. |
Masten Space Systems - Masten Space Systems is working to create inexpensive access to space by incrementally developing a series of launch vehicles with the reusability and reliability of airplanes. The key to this approach is creating a technology base that is both scalable and flexible. We believe that vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) is the only way to get the scalability and flexibility to quickly and inexpensively develop the appropriate vehicles for all phases of space flight, from the eXtreme Altitude (XA) line of sub-orbital vehicles progressing to staged orbital launch vehicles and planetary exploration vehicles. |
Federal Space Agency (RU) - The Informational Program of space activity in Russia within the framework of the Federal Space Program and the programs of international cooperation |

Access 5 Project - Access 5 is a national project sponsored by NASA and Industry with participation by the FAA and DoD to introduce high altitude long endurance (HALE) remotely operated aircraft (ROA) for routine flights in the National Airspace System (NAS). Access 5 commenced in May 2004 and is slated to run for five years. The project has received initial funding from NASA and guarantees of support from the ROA industry. (ROA will be used interchangably with Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) throughout this website.) The goal of Access 5 is to enable what government and industry leaders believe will ultimately be a robust civil and commercial market for HALE ROA. The current lack of ready access to the NAS inhibits investment in ROA commercialization and the ability of users to obtain cost-effective ROA services. Access 5 seeks to remove the barriers to aviation's most compelling new offering in decades. |

AVSUAV - Since 1971, AeroVironment has honored five requests from the Smithsonian Institute to display an AV accomplishment that demonstrated innovation, research, and discovery in science. The five vehicles that met the Smithsonian's vision for display are only a small part of AeroVironment's achievement of "Firsts" as a pioneer in energy efficiency and aerodynamic solutions. AV SUAV Systems has evolved from that pioneering vision and today is a world leader in the design and manufacturing of Small Unmanned Air Vehicle (SUAV) solutions. Since the introduction of the Pointer in 1987, considered by many as the origin of SUAV technology, the U.S. Armed Forces have been supported with reconnaissance data, forest fires have been monitored, and volcanic plumes have been penetrated and analyzed by AeroVironment SUAVs. |
